Mission, Vision & Values
The Board of Directors has recently ratified the following Strategic Directions after a year of consultation and collaboration. Over 70% of all staff provided input from both The Rekai Centre at Wellesley Central Place and The Rekai Centre at Sherbourne Place. Workshops were held with residents, families and external stakeholders. The feedback was carefully considered by the Ad Hoc Strategic Planning Committee of the Board of Directors. The Ad Hoc Strategic Planning Committee presented the new Strategic Directions document to the Board which was adopted. The roll out of the new Strategic Directions has begun with staff and will continue after the holidays with residents, families and external stakeholders.
